Tripsome Secures its First Venture Capital Investment from Caucasus Ventures

Tripsome, the leading marketplace for tickets to leisure, culture, entertainment, sports, and booking services in the tourism and travel industries, opens its US$300,000 seed round for investors led by Caucasus Ventures.

The company plans to utilize the funding to enhance its technological solutions for both users and service operators, with a primary focus on strengthening its product and marketing teams. Presently, more than 400 service operators leverage the platform to showcase their offerings to a diverse audience of leisure customers.

Jasur Hasanov, the CEO and co-founder of the company, expresses, "We're at the beginning of a new chapter. This funding round will enable us to achieve a tenfold increase across our key metrics—revenue, traffic, the count of merchants, and customers. Caucasus Ventures has not only invested in this round of funding for Tripsome but is also leading the round to raise a total of US$300,000 by the closing date on October 31, 2023.
