FireBistro is a series of gastronomic events from the talented chefs of the restaurants Fireworks Urban Kitchen and Paris Bistro. The first dinner will be held on May 18 at Fireworks Urban Kitchen, and the second – on May 21 at Paris Bistro.
The concept of dinner is "from the farm to the table". What is it? Two experienced chefs went in search of unique products to the regions of Azerbaijan to find the best and most delicious ones.
They collected asparagus, mushrooms, fished – then turned the products into an amazing dinner. Combinations of culinary skills from Argentina and France, experience, gastronomic magic, local products – such new tastes! Come and enjoy seasonal farm products with Latin American and French accents.
