On January 6, 2022, as part of the “Magic Fortress” festival, an exhibition of photographs depicting the winter landscapes of Azerbaijan will be opened.

The purpose of the exhibition is to show the winter beauty of Azerbaijan, draw the attention of the population to the nature of Azerbaijan, increase the interest of young people in landscape photography and support talented authors in this direction.

The idea for the project came about while visiting landscape exhibitions, which usually depict landscapes during the warm season. The winter landscape of the same beautiful corners may be more interesting, but less accessible to the majority of the population of our country. Some places are easy to go in summer, but in winter without good mountaineering skills it is almost impossible. And, if in summer the path turns into a vacation with a picnic and fun, where time is not counted, then in winter the cold and harsh conditions turn the path into hard work. Thanks to this project, the beauty of winter landscapes is presented to the public.
