In gallery "Absheron" will pass 13th International Symposium "Croas Road" which will collect 11 participants from Norway, Croatia, Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and other countries. The exhibition is devoted to memory of the actor and artist Elchin Mamedov. 

YarAdAn in cooperation with Azra Vardar (Germany) and Colleen MacDonald (USA) with generous support from Union of Azerbaijan Photographers and Asiyat Fatullayeva  represent  “First Step” - Exhibition of photography. Over the 3 summer months of 2009, youth ages 13-21participated in an intensive one week introductory digital photography course. For them it was the first time they had used a camera. The youth were bold in their approach; playing with everyday items to make them fantastic and fearlessly stepping in front of the camera themselves and to produce art that is both playful and relevant. 

Embassy of Federative Republic of Germany in Baku cordially invites you to the opening of the exhibition "Hello, dear enemy"- picture books for Peace and Tolerance. The exhibition can be viewed daily from 12:00 till 18:00. The opening of the exhibition will take place on September, 18th at 18:00.

At the organisation of embassy of France in Azerbaijan in the Museum Center will pass musically-literary evening «The Crossed ways», devoted to Lui Aragon and Samed Vurgun.

In gallery of arts of the Museum Center there will pass photo-exhibition and an exhibition of fine arts of Turksoy. Organisation of this exhibition - the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 

The photo- exhibition and film display in frameworks «Days of Culture of Jordan in Azerbaijan» will take place in gallery of arts of the Museum Center. The organizer of an exhibition is the Culture and Tourism Ministry. 

On October, 12th, at 12:00, in the Museum centre the presentation of sites of seven museums of Baku will take place. Among them: Azerbaijan State Museum of history of Religion, the House museum of Dzhafar Dzhabbarly, the House museum of Dzhalil Mamedkulizade, the House museum of Azim Azimzade, the Museum of a name of Geydar  Aliev, the House museum of Mamed Seid Ordubadi, the Memorial museum of Nariman Narimanov. 

In exhibition salon of the union of artists the personal exhibition of Dzhafarov Samedaga will take place. At an exhibition will the various works of the artist will be presented. The main theme of works - old Baku, Absheron.

In connection with Days of culture on October, 16th in Exhibition salon of the Union of artists of Azerbaijan exhibition of art of Morocco will take place. 

On October, 23rd opening of a personal exhibition of the deserved artist of Azerbaijan Ismail Mamedov will take place. At an exhibition under the name «Baku - New York - Transit» will be presented about 80 new pictures and 90 drawings from New York. This exposition will be the original report on year stay of the artist in New York, whence he has returned on September, 15th.

 

At the organisation of  Iran embassy in Azerbaijan, department of the International relations and cultural programs of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan will take place photo-exhibition, devoted to one of esteemed sacred in the Shiit world, to the great-grandson of prophet Mohammed Imam Rza. Solemn opening will take place in the Round Hall on October, 26th at 17:00.

In Assembly hall of the Museum Center will pass the film evening devoted to the 90 anniversary of the outstanding cameraman Khan Babayev. The organizer of action - the State Film Fund. 

In "YarAdAn" gallery the new, maiden project "Q?zd?rma" will take place. The most interesting painting and drawings performed by residents of gallery Fidan Shahin and Afet Bagirova will be presented at the exhibition. 

On October, 30th in National Library of a name of M.F.Ahundov opening of a literary exhibition under the name «the Lion of Nussimbaum, Asad bek, Gurban Said: who the author« Ali and Nino» will take place. At an exhibition more than 70 photos and the archival materials reflecting a life and creativity by Gurban Said will be presented. The collection of photos is collected by Tom Rayse. 

The exhibition from a collection of a known English museum of Victoria and Albert "Coverlets of the Central Asia" will open in the Museum of arts of R.Mustafaev on November, 5th. At an exhibition 58 kinds of various clothes and coverlets will be presented. Exhibition is connected with a theme of the Great Silk way which were passing in the past through territory of present Central Asia.
 

The festival of arts and crafts of Baku will pass in Gallery of Arts of the Museum Center. The organizer of festival is Department of the arts of Culture and Tourism Ministry.

From November, 10 till November, 20th in Institute of tourism of Baku at the initiative of embassy of Germany will take palce the exhibition «Romantic cities of Germany». At the exhibition views of German cities, photographic materials reflecting historical monuments, tourist potential of Germany will be presented.
